Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
Butter (softened)            1/3 cup
Sugar            ¾ cup
Eggs            2
Vanilla Essence            1 tsp
Flour            2 cups
Baking Powder            1 tsp
Baking Soda            1tsp
Salt            ¼ tsp
Cream            1 cup
Blue berries            ½- ¾ cup
Or Fresh Strawberries     1 cup

For Topping:
Sugar             3 tbsp
Cinnamon            1 tsp
Icing Sugar             2 tsp

Method:
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla essence.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add this dry mixture to the egg mixture. Beat well add cream and fold in berries.
Coat a 10 inch flattened pan with cooking spray and dust it with flour.
Spoon half of the mixture in the pan.
Now combine topping ingredients and spread half of it on in the pan.
Repeat the same layers again.
Bake it for 45-50 minutes on 180 degree and cool it for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Dust with icing sugar.
