Colocasia ½ kg
Mustard oil 1 cup
Lemons 2
Chopped green chilies 4
Fenugreek seeds as required
Curry leaves as required
Turmeric 1 tsp
nigella seeds 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
carom seeds 1 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tbsp
tamarind paste 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Wash and boil Colocasia and peel its skin. Add in the bowl, and add in 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp carom seeds, salt, 2 tbsp tamarind paste, 2 lemon juice, 1 tsp nigella seeds and 1 tsp cumin and mix it. Heat 1 cup oil, add in fenugreek seeds and add in masala, Colocasia and cook it for 5 minutes. Simmer it and serve.
