Fisherman’s catch
Fish fillet 4 boneless
Prawns 6 with tails
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt ¾ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Egg 1 beaten with 1 tbsp milk
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Marinate fish and prawns with all the seasonings and lemon juice, dip in beaten egg and milk mixture, roll in bread crumbs and cheese mixture, deep fry. Serve with fries and tartar sauce.
Ingredients for tartar sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Boiled white of an egg 1 tbsp chopped
Pickled onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilies finely chopped ¼ tsp
Parsley chopped finely chopped 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Mix altogether in mayonnaise, serve with seafood dishes.
