Japanese fried chicken

Ingredients
Chicken (Julian cut)                            ½ kg
Finely chopped garlic                         4-5
Mushroom (slices)                             ½ cup
Carrots (slices)                             1
Zucchini (slices)                             1
Chicken powder                             1 tbsp
Tomato paste                                 2 tbsp
Sesame seed oil                             ½ tsp
Dark soya sauce or salt                         as required
Oil                                         1-2 tbsp

 Method
Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, ½ kg of chicken (Julian cut), fry the chicken then add 2 tbsp of tomato paste, ½ cup of mushroom (slices), 1 carrot (slices), 1 zucchini (slices)mix it well and fry then add 1 tbsp of chicken powder. At last add ½ tsp of sesame seed oil mix it or take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
