Lamb Chops with Honey Saffron Sauce

Ingredients:
Lamb Chops                1 kg
Ginger Garlic                1 tbsp
Salt                        1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed)    1 tsp
Black pepper (ground)        ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed)        1 tsp
Yogurt                    4 tbsp
Lemon Juice                2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds                1 tsp
Water                    1 ½ cup

For Honey & Saffron Sauce:
Honey                    3 tbsp
Saffron                    a pinch
Vinegar                    2-3 tbsp
Black Pepper (crushed)    1 tsp
Mint leaves (chopped)        1 tbsp
Fries                     to serve
Oil                        2 tbsp

Method:
Marinate chops with all the ingredients, then cook it in 1 ½ cup water till the chops are tender and dry, add ¼ cup oil and fry chops for 5 minutes. Lastly give dum on coal.

For sauce:
Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes, add in chopped mint leaves . Drizzle this sauce on chops and serve with fries.
