Rice Noodles Alferado


Rice Noodles (soaked)        3 cups
Chicken Breast            2
Salt                    ½ tsp
Black Pepper                ½ tsp
Oil                    1 tbsp
For Sauce:
Oil                     1tbsp
Garlic                    1 tbsp
Onions (chopped)            1 tbsp
Green    Capsicum (chopped)        1/2
Yellow    Capsicum (chopped)        1/2
Red Capsicum (chopped)        1/2
Cream                    1 packet
Milk                    ¾ cup
Chicken Powder            1 ½ tsp
Salt                     a pinch
Thyme                    ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed)        1 tsp

Marinate chicken with salt, pepper for 30 minutes.  Grill the chicken in 1 tbsp  till its tender. Cut it into slices
For Sauce:
Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic, fry it for 2 minutes. Now add cream with milk, salt, chicken powder, thyme and crushed red pepper.  Add in 3 colored capsicums with boiled pasta; stir well to coat the pasta with sauce. Remove in a platter and top it with sliced grilled chicke
